Terms and conditions
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during the season of June 23 to Sept. 15.
Shorter periods are possible outside of these dates. You make take possession of your lodgings from 4 P.M. and are requested to depart by 11 A.M.
A deposit of 20% is required upon reservation, the balance upon arrival. We decline responsibility for any accident that may take place during your stay or while using equipment made available to you.
Cleaning at the end of your visit : 50 €
Included in the rental are : sheets, towels, heating, use of the washing machine and the swimming pool, local taxes. Fresh sheets and towels will be provided at the beginning of each week of your stay. You may engage cleaning services for an additional cost. Please advise of breakage to allow us to replace the article.
Please refrain from smoking inside the house.
